如何设置注册/登录界面的背景图片

如何设置注册/登录界面的背景图片
首先我如果去掉注册/登录界面的论坛页头和页尾的话就会出现乱码，
在注册/登录界面添加背景图片就会出现错位，该怎么设置呢？？
