首先，楼上的方案不完全适合sclub，因为没有FTP
然后，我的步骤是：
1、登录sclub的后台，备份所有数据：

[/i][/b]
会自动备份出多个sql的文件！页面中有访问链接。将这些sql文件都挨个下载到本地
2、登录mmkfc的后台，恢复所有数据：
[attach]79052[/attach]
2那里可以事先将分卷文件用FTP上传到指定目录 也可以直接现场上传，就是步骤1里备份的sql格式的所有文件
我将模板文件都替换了，也不管用。不知道是什么原因。
最近为了实验dzx3.3 将dz7.2程序彻底删除，所以问题无法重现了。

什么情况？1.5M的数据库导入不了？？？崩溃了{:9_392:}

那么就用ftp上传到某个目录
然后恢复数据的时候，指定目录位置
就可以了

应该是有影响的。我也是新手，不造如何删除。
这些数据都是纯文本。怎么可能数百兆。能到10兆就顶了天了。

数据文件非 Discuz! 格式，无法导入
我记得我上传的是GBK的源码程序，哈哈问题又来了，不知道跟这个有么又关系

后台备份好相关数据库（数据库、插件、风格和附件）
然后打开FTP,
（7.2版本）在根目录里找到：attachments、forumdata/backup_xxx、plugins、templates
以上这几个文件夹右键直接下载到本地。

你上傳錯誤訊息，當然不行啊。
要導出，你以申請sclub論壇，所有的資料，是可以的
正确方式如下
1先至你現使用sclub官方，論壇dzx.2版本
全部將近日所有的資料備份起來
2等系統備份好，會產生數字資料後面.sql資料如5個資料
全先暫時移至你電腦內，建一個如dz7.2備份資料
將後面.sql資料如5個資料，丟進去該建好資料夾暫放
3下載ftp上傳工具
將你從sclub官方，論壇dzx.2版本如5個資料
用二進位方式，將這些資料，先丟進去至
forumdata/backup
4在至你獨立安裝完成dz.7.2後台，選你上傳這些資料
按導入，在按提交
就可以，正常運作了
5記得原來sclub申請，資料附件圖片與模版，會全不見
需要會員自行重新弄過
