    妳好。
會員是的要使用活動紅包一定要開活動主題，否則系統會錯亂。
而非是發新主題
改日版主會發完全紅包中心圖文教學的
可能是版主沒有加入會員，所以會員才無法短訊息給我？
不過妳問題以排除就好了
