如何導入風格

我下載了ZIP的文件然後上傳也不行啊

我有挖文  找不到啊啊啊啊！！

    解壓縮＞選擇檔案＞點選解壓縮之後的風格包的資料夾＞選擇XML Document類型的檔案＞開起舊檔＞提交＞完成導入的操作

    我的問題出再XML Document的檔案
要怎麼弄？？
好像沒有看到什麽XML Document類型的檔案呢。

，沒有ftp工具是無法使用的，因為官方為所有論壇安全起見，沒有提供開啟給所有會員使用
