特别需要详细回答的3问题

想问一下这个网站的种种地方怎么设置？

希望各位版主等可以详细回答，说的明白清楚一点。
爬文什么的我知道，可是有时候搜出来的关键词不对，
这种问题很难描述好嚒！！！

①怎么样把顶图弄成这样啊？就是超出去的感觉

②这种分割线怎么弄？放在哪里？尺寸又是多少？

1 这应该是页头背景
2 这不是分割线，应该是页面背景图，宽度就看你主体表格是多少然后自己弄
